The Conclusion

"A theology that embraces evolution espouses the fact that God chose to use death, decay and the extinction of life forms as the best means of developing life. This presents a massive challenge to the nature of a good God who created a world that he was able to describe as ‘very good’. It makes death and decay good – but somewhere down the eons God then determined death to be our enemy. Embracing evolution demands that we decide when and why God changed his mind about the character of death. Until you have been given satisfactory answers to that question we urge you not to embrace evolution."

"No coherent, cohesive theology has yet been offered that would allow Christians to embrace evolution with integrity. Science has uncovered a great deal of empirical evidence that is challenging the Darwinian paradigm. Why then do so many want to embrace it?"
